Policies and Procedures

REGISTRATION FEE: A registration fee of $25 per individual, $40 for families
TUITION: Monthly tuition will be due on the 5th of each month. Cash or Check or CC... $5 late fee if not paid on time. A $25 returned check fee will be added to all checks returned due to insufficient funds. .

CLASS ATTIRE:

JAZZ/BALLET/LYRICAL COMBO
Will need tights for class, Leotard and performance Footundeez (opt) and ballet shoes. Hair should be pulled back from the face in either a ponytail or a bun. It will be required to have pink ballet shoes and pink tights for performances... I am in the process of purchasing ballet shoes and tights that will be required to purchase through my studio.

HipHop
Street clothes ONLY
Tennis shoes NON marking (NO black soles)

.PRESCHOOL COMBO- Any Dance attire is fine, leotard, tight are suggested. . Hair pulled back away from face . Parents I know dance shoes are expensive and footundeez are easy to miss place. Please have your child wear street shoes to and from the Studio to help them last longer. Each child should write their name in them..

DANCE ATTIRE : is essential to our professional image both in class and at performance. Dancers who feel beautiful behave beautifully. Dancers are expected to wear correct class outfits and shoes and always have hair pulled back away from face (for ballet hair needs to be in a bun). Dancers who are not dressed correctly may not be able to participate in class.

NO FOOD,GUM,CANDY ALLOWED REQUIRED TO BRING WATER BOTTLE

Please have students arrive 5 minutes prior to the start of their class. This will insure that no class time is wasted. Students must be picked up within 10 minutes of the end of class. Students are never left alone. If a staff member has to wait there is a $5 charge for every 5 minutes. PLEASE BE PUNCTUAL!! Students are expected to pick up after themselves, keep all personal items in bags and display respect and courtesy to all studio property, Put names on everything!!!

DROP OFF AND PICK UP

Entrance is on the North side of my house that leads to the basement door.
Please do not park in any neighbors drive way
Drop off and pick up will be explained during orientation

Prices

Registration Fee- $20 and $30 for a family

-First class is $33 a month and $12 for each additional dance and tumbling class.

-Comp Team includes dance class, technique class, and tumbling class.

-Tumbling/Cheer classes alone are $32 a month for 1 hour a week classes

-Sibling discount is $5 per student.

-Returning dancers and tumblers receive a discount on registration

Recital months are Jan and end of May

Additional fees Due at sign up: $25 costume fee upfront and the rest is due when costume is picked up.

-Recital fee due in November $ TBD

-Competition team will receive more details at tryouts outlining cost, expectations, class times, comp fees, etc. on August 25th, 2016

About

At Bryn's Dance Co. I offer a well rounded variety of classes including Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop, Lyrical, Technique, and street dance. Classes are available to both girls and boys.

My program allows the student's to take the necessary classes to progress their growth in the art of dance by learning the proper technique that will be useful in many areas. One of my goals is to provide opportunities for performance and creativity while building self-esteem and displaying their talent.

I am strongly dedicated in teaching your children to their fullest potential by focusing on technique, and providing a disciplined yet caring environment with modest costumes and music.
